Here you will find answers to commonly asked questions, hints and tips.

In App Purchases:

Q. I purchased a gems pack but I did not receive them. What should I do?

A. Contact our support team by opening the Major Mayhem 2 and using the 'e-mail us' button located in the contact tab on the settings page. Please attach your purchase receipt to the related purchase so we can easily identify you in our system and credit you the gems.

Q. I want a refund for an In App Purchase I made by mistake, how do I get one?

A1. Android: e-mail us at  and attach your purchase receipt so we can easily locate you transaction in our system and start the refund process with google.

A2. iOS: We cannot issue refunds on iOS ourselves instead you need to contact apple directly. Here is a good guide on how to do that.

Save Game Questions:

Q. I have a new device how can I transfer my save game to it?

A1. If you have a facebook account the easiest way to do this is to log in on the original device then login on the new device. This will sync both devices to the same account.

A2. On Android you can use third party software to transfer apps and save data however please be mindful about which software you use and make sure it's safe and keeps your data private and secure.

A3. On iOS make use of the apple backup and restore features in iTunes. This should restore all your apps and their save information to a new device.

Q. I deleted the app from my phone, can I recover my save game?

A1. If you have previously logged in with Facebook then you can simply log in again to restore your save game.

A2. If you have previously made a purchase then you may be able to use the 'Restore Account' option but this does not always work depending on the operating system you are using and the security features it has. Sometimes operating systems like iOS hide the device identifier from apps so that they cannot share information about you with other apps without your knowledge. This is a good feature but unfortunately makes it hard for us to identify you after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Q. If I uninstall the app will I lose my save game and all my purchases?

A. Possibly. If you have not logged in with facebook then we will not be able to identify you when you next install the app, especially if you have a new device.

Accounts and Logins:

Q. Is there any way to login besides Facebook?

A. Not currently. We plan to add more ways to login in future versions.

Q. If I login with Facebook will you post anything on my wall?

A. No. We will never post anything on social media, through e-mail or any other means without explicitly asking you before every post.

Q. If I login with Facebook what information do you use?

A. We only data we retrieve from Facebook is your profile picture and your name which are both considered public information.

Q. I have logged in with Facebook can I logout again so Major Mayhem 2 will no longer have access to my Facebook account?

A. Yes! Simply use the 'Disconnect' option in the account tab in the settings menu. Note that if you do this you will no longer be able to sync to a new device or if you uninstall and then reinstall the app.

Ads:

Q. Why am I not getting the option to watch an Ad for things like speeding case unlocks or bonus rewards?

A. There are no adverts available. This could be for a number of reasons:

  • You are not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again.

  • There are no ads available on the ad network. For us to display ads an advertiser needs to want to show you ads and buy those ads in your region. Sometimes especially in smaller regions there isn't always ads for us to show.

  • You have reached the daily ad limit. 25 ads per 24 hours is the most you can see. Come back tomorrow and your quota should be reset.

Q. I watched an ad but did not get my reward. What should I do?

A. Please send a bug report to support@rocketjumpgames.com. Tell us where in the app you triggered the ad and what reward you were trying to get, e.g. trying to speed up a reward case timer or getting a bonus reward item from after opening a reward case or doubling mission rewards.

Crashes and Bugs:

Q. The game is crashing should I uninstall and reinstall the app?

A. No. This is unlikely to solve the issue. E-mail us using the 'e-mail us' option in the contact tab in the settings menu. Give us as much information about what is going on as you can and wait for us to help diagnose what the problem is.

Q. I just updated the app and now I'm having problems. What should I do.

A. E-mail us using the 'e-mail us' option in the contact tab in the settings menu. Give us as much information about what is going on as you can and wait for us to help diagnose what the problem is.

Q. The game appears broken and is not doing what I think it should. What should I do?

A1. Use the 'e-mail us' button in the contact tab in the settings menu and tell us as much detail about the problem as you can.

A2. Try closing the app and opening it again. At best this will be a temporary fix and the problem may return in which case you should report the problem to us with as much detail as possible.

Q. I've read all the F.A.Qs and my question is still not answered. What should I do?
